After a hiatus due to a car accident in December 2022, Pant has been diligently working on his recovery at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) located in Bengaluru. He has been consistently sharing his progress on various social media platforms. Recently, he also took part in a practice match, a spectacle he disseminated widely. During this time, Pant was observed reconnecting with his fellow players and engaging in thoughtful conversations with the head coach, Rahul Dravid.
In an earlier video posted on the same day, Pant demonstrated his rehabilitation routine by engaging in cycling, a gesture that earned admiration from cricket enthusiasts, including the renowned Australian star, David Warner.
