A speeding mini-bus crashed into a container, resulting in 12 people losing their lives, and 23 others got hurt.
The bus, which was carrying 35 passengers, had a terrible accident. Sadly, 12 people, including five men, six women, and a young girl, didn’t survive. The injured were taken to a government hospital for treatment.

The accident occurred when the bus driver lost control, and it crashed into the back of the container. This happened around 12:30 am in the Vaijapur area of the district, which is about 350 km from Mumbai.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed his condolences and said, “My thoughts are with those who lost their loved ones.” He also announced that the families of the deceased would receive ₹2 lakh as compensation from PMNRF, and the injured would get ₹50,000 to help with their medical expenses.
Additionally, the Maharashtra government will give ₹5 lakh to the families of the deceased, and they’ll take care of the medical bills for the injured folks. This was confirmed by the Chief Minister’s Office of Maharashtra.
